I am sorry to hear of Col. Cline's death. He was a role model anyone on the state police, and elsewhere, could have easily followed. He was also a kind and generous man. We had many conversations over the years. In some of those I was not allowed to talk. Rest in Peace with our Lord Robert. -Jim Andrews, ISP retired

After Bob's retirement, he and Rita moved into an apartment community that my wife, Pat, managed in Indy; he was working security at Winona Hospital on North Meridian. We got to know the two of them on a closer more personal level. Rita would visit with Pat every day in her office and they became good friends. Bob and I would talk about ISP and spoke about our final flight together to Evansville; Bob asked me to fly over Brown County so he could enjoy all of the beautiful trees during the fall season. He will be missed! Charles and Pat Prince
